SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order Processing

Please keep in mind that each piece of our jewelry is meticulously crafted to order, with an estimated lead time of 2-4 weeks before shipping. Once your order is ready to be shipped your tracking information will be emailed to you. please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship. 
 

Domestic Shipping

$10 flat rate via UPS or Fed Ex. All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS or FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery. If you have a strong preference for UPS or FedEx email britt@brittmoorejewelry.com

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS Worldwide. The price of International Shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.


If your country is not available to ship to, please contact us and we will assist you with your purchase.

Return Policy

For all return requests, please fill out and submit a request at the Contact Page. Please be sure to include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser, Date of Purchase and a brief description of the return request. 

Returns must be authorized by Britt Moore Studio, LLC and will take approximately 5 business days to be approved. Authorized returns must be sent within 7 days of approval along with a tracking number, otherwise the return will no longer be authorized. Packages without prior authorization from

Britt Moore Studio will be returned to sender. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sender is responsible for return shipping costs.


*Silver, and Vermeil pieces: Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
*Fine Pieces: All sold gold (14kt, 18kt, 22kt) items are non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed upon approval. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

For all return requests, please fill out and submit a request at the Contact Page. Please be sure to include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser, Date of Purchase and a brief description of the exchange request. 

Exchanges must be authorized by BMS Customer Service Team. Packages without prior authorization from BMS Customer Service Team will be returned to sender. Sender is responsible for exchange shipping costs.

If the exchanged item(s) are of lesser value than the original purchase, the remaining balance will be applied as store credit. If exchanged item(s) are of higher value than the original purchase, than the customer will receive an electronic invoice for difference.

Silver, and Vermeil pieces:Request must be made within 7 days of delivery of piece(s).
Fine Pieces: Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery of piece(s).

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges.

 

Cancellation Policy

 Customers can cancel their orders within 48 hours of placing them without incurring any charges. Given the custom nature of our jewelry, cancellations made after the 48-hour window will incur a 20% processing fee. This fee covers the cost of materials and labor that may have already been applied to your custom order.

 

Please keep in mind that each piece of our jewelry is meticulously crafted to order, with an estimated lead time of 2-4 weeks before shipping. As such, changes or cancellations after the initial 48 hours are more challenging to accommodate. To cancel an order, please contact britt@brittmoorejewelry.com with your order details. We will process your request and inform you of any applicable fees.  Approved refunds (less the 20% fee if applicable) will be processed as soon as possible to the original payment method used. Final Sale Policy

International shipments (sender is responsible for duties and shipping), items on markdown, items purchased as an exchange or with store credit, preorders, customized pieces including ring sizes, special orders, deposits on custom work, and items purchased during promotional events or seasonal sales such as Black Friday or sample sales, and items purchased using a discount code of more than 10% off ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
